FREE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PRIZE DRAW

As our Christmas present we're giving away a free digital wedding photography package in our prize draw! 

The prize includes:

• Photography consultation prior to the wedding
• Coverage of your wedding day from the preparations to the start of the meal (up to 5 hours)
• Bridal make-up with trial
• Password protected online proofing gallery
• Disc of all edited images with permission to print presented in a luxury folio case

Wedding albums and additional photography time can be purchased at extra cost, but there is no obligation to do so.

There are no special requirements to enter - we're not looking to photograph at any particular venue, no need to ask people to vote for you on our Facebook page (although we'd love it if you "like" us) and we won't ask for a photograph of you and your other half.
The only proviso is that you have a wedding date and venue confirmed and that we are available on your date.

The offer is open until 31 January 2012 and the winners will be notified by email and announced on our blog and Facebook page. To enter, please email us for an entry form and further details.

Rules:

 

•  Entrants must have a confirmed wedding date and venue for 2012/13.
•  Fields marked * on the prize draw form are mandatory. If left blank the entry will be deemed ineligible.
• There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferrable.
• There is no restriction on wedding venue but if the ceremony or reception venue is out-with 100 miles radius of Glasgow a mileage charge will apply and the entrant notified regarding costs.
• V&A Creative Moments must be available on your date
• Clients already booked with V&A Creative Moments are not eligible to enter.
• The winning couple must confirm their acceptance of the prize by 14 February 2012.
• V&A Creative Moments' standard wedding photography Terms and Conditions will apply.
• The winning couple will be asked to sign this agreement along with a refundable booking fee of £100.
  The booking fee will be refunded after the wedding on delivery of the digital album or it may be used as payment towards an upgrade album package.
  The booking fee is non refundable if the contract is subsequently cancelled for any reason by the client.
  If travel fees apply they must also be paid at the time of signing the contract.

FREE BRIDAL MAKE-UP TRIAL WITH BOOKING

Book and pay for your bridal make-up trial and if you are happy with the results and confirm your booking for your wedding day, your trial will be FREE!
Your trial booking fee will be carried forward as your booking fee for your wedding day make-up.
Trials can be booked at a reduced rate for other members of the bridal party.

We need to keep up with the times so we've introduced a new Facebook page for V&A Creative Moments.

We'll be adding snippets and some photo albums and it's another way to keep in touch.

AVAILABILITY

We love it when potential clients contact us about our services.
We have had several enquiries for weddings - photography and make-up - that are due to be held on a Friday.
Unfortunately we've had to turn these down due to other bookings.

As we provide both photography and make-up artistry services our weekends can be booked for either photography or make-up artistry or both and we only commit to one wedding on any one day.

We thought it best to let everyone know that we have no availability for Friday weddings until May 2012.

We do however still have some Saturdays and Sundays available in  November 2011 through  2012.

We'd still love to hear from you if we can help out with either make-up or photography or both.

FIRST AID CERTIFICATE

It's always reassuring to have someone on hand in the event of an emergency.

Allan takes health and safety very seriously and has successfully completed the HSE approved course in "Emergency First Aid at Work" run by St Andrew's First Aid.

His newly acquired certificate shows he "has demonstrated the competencies required under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) at Work Regulations 1981" -

some added peace of mind when you book us for your photography!

NEW ON-LINE GALLERY

Due to popular demand we're pleased to introduce our new on-line client gallery.

Following a photo session or wedding, all your images will be uploaded by us on to your own personal gallery, password protected if you wish, where you, your family and friends can browse.
You gallery will be live for 6 months from the date of your photography session. 

Placing an order for your favourite images couldn't be easier, just tick the images you require, choose the size of print and quantity and "Add to Basket". You can then choose another image to buy and add to your basket or go straight to your "Shopping Basket" to purchase your print, there is no minimum order.

Payment can be made by cheque made out to V&A Creative Moments and sent to us or by credit/debit card.
Obviously payment by card will be quicker at clearing but once payment has been received by us your order will be processed, your images packaged and posted directly to your home address.

NEW INFINITY COFFEE TABLE ALBUM.

We are delighted to offer you a new style coffee table album.
Our Bellissimo  and Artemis albums are without a doubt the "top of the range" in contemporary albums, but for those on a tighter budget, we wanted to offer our clients an album of quality but without the price tag.

The quality of some coffee table books is not quite up to the standard we envisage for a wedding album - they always tend to feel a bit less substantial.
The new Infinity however offers a very acceptable compromise.

The pages are printed in the finest quality paper superior to more flimsy counterparts and bound using the latest side stitching technology giving strength and durability unsurpassed by all others.

The unique hinged pages allow continuous designs to be displayed across the "lay flat" pages with virtually no image loss in the centre (similar to the Bellissimo).
